  This place is filthy. Most of the tables were dirty and the bathroom was disgusting.

  Waited 8 minutes in line for a biscuit sandwich, opened it up at it was hard as a rock had to throw it away,,, do better I usually go to the drive thru because you get completely ignored when ordering inside.

  Our experience at McDonald's on Belden Village St. NW in Canton, Ohio was horrible. We paid $80 for 6 meals. It took 40 minutes to get our food. Then our drinks took another 5 minutes. One of our sandwiches was cold, two were lukewarm. My daughters lemonade tasted like watered down lemon juice, my sons burger was still pink on the inside. My husband's burger looked like someone literally "threw" it together it was so disheveled. My daughter also had an unknown crunchy part in her chicken nugget. I went up to get ketchup and was ignored by one of the workers. The other worker finally came to help me, she was crying. Tears streaming down her face and eyes red. No wonder, there were only 2 or 3 people working during sunday lunch rush. I felt really bad for her. The urinal was clogged with who knows what. It was overall a really bad experience, we should have read reviews before going instead of after: all reviews are negative with one star. I am going to give it the same.

  The most sterile environment, and I don't mean clean. In fact anything but, no way to refill your drink, no ketchup out, no paper in the receipt thing, long wait with an empty store. McDonald's sure has went to shit like the rest.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. While placing my order, the manager kept acting like she didn’t understand me, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. I was also charged extra for syrup that was not included with my order, and the only syrup I received was already open, which is unacceptable. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the manager was rude and hung up on me, again saying she didn’t understand me. The entire situation felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with respect and should receive the items they are charged for. I hope this location takes this complaint seriously and improves the way customers are treated.
