  Never coming back to this location. They had issues with our mobile order going through, they assisted the 3 customers in line ahead of us and once they finished, they walked back and completely ignored us for 20 mins and instead of apologizing and trying to remediate the issue, the Manager instead refused to give us our order and talked down to us like we dont understand the concept of a transaction. Insisted that we pay for another order, inspite of showing us our order on the screen saying paid with mobile app and us showing our receipt and bank account showing it posted. Watch your transactions very closely with this location.

  Every time myself or my husband comes here they tell us that our code can’t be used or that it says it’s been used recently so that we have to refresh it and then tell us after it states we can’t use it again until 15 minutes that we just have to wait. Tonight was no different. I only came here because it’s on tag e way to work but after receiving a McFlurry that wasn’t even mixed in I’ll just NOT even waste my time. It’s ridiculous the prices of the items just for people who don’t want to do their job and choose it to make customers have a hard time. DO BETTER!

  I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru and completed payment for my order, only to be informed afterward that an item was unavailable. It is the responsibility of management to ensure all team members are accurately informed of product availability prior to accepting and processing orders. Customers should be provided with clear and accurate information at the time of ordering so they can make informed decisions before payment is completed. Proceeding with an order, and giving substitutions without explicit customer approval is not appropriate. Stronger communication and operational oversight are needed at this location.
