- CCCaleb5 days ago1.0Absolutely horrible! Ordered food for COUNTER PICKUP, got there and stood in line for what felt like a good 10-15 minutes (probably an exaggeration but close enough lol) was then told the order was a drive thru order. I didn't order for the drive thru! Got to the drive thru and they proceeded to tell me the order was non existent, followed by "Did you order for the one in Canton South? Because they have the same address?" No they don't. Then said they got the order but the payment didn't go through. I had proof on my phone that it was paid for!! Absolutely horrible!!!! Huge waste of time going here!

Some of the staff are friendly and professional but some don't seem to want to do the job and it is clear they would prefer to be elsewhere. The food was inconsistent as well. We went multiple times a few times everything was what was expected, mostly breakfast visits, but lunch visits were not. Over cooked crispy chicken and soggy fries that were also overcooked. Restaurant was clean, but with the kiosks and no inviting counter employees, the atmosphere is cold, probably in everyone that is operated this way. No more smiles , hello or any inviting feeling when you walk in. Actually other than coming in to order no one was in the dining area like the old days.
