  Used to love this McDonald's. As of this year the atmosphere has changed. Incredibly rude Everytime I go which is fine it's the closest fast food to my house. But today I found strands of black hair in my fries and almost threw up and threw the fries out the window. Officially never going back

  RUDE, SLOW, GIVE OTHER PEOPLE YOUR ORDERS AND NEVER GET ANYTHING RIGHT!!!! This place needs shut down or new management! This place just got worse! How and why are going to kick someone out who has done nothing but brought you business? Oh wait I forgot that the Franchise owner John doesn't like me so he kicked my elderly father out! I will not step foot back in this place until John the Franchise owner is no longer apart of McDonald's! Well since I've written this review I have been banned from McDonald's All because I tried to report the staff for trying to kill me and for not doing their jobs. So I'm asking everyone in Canton to go to another McDonald's that John House doesn't own. Let's show him how a community can come together. Ok now they are ROBBING people! A friend of mine was just there and they didn't give him everything of the order. There were THREE $5 meal deals and they only gave him 2 of the three! This place is just getting worse. The so-called "Owner" John House has kicked me out for bringing to his attention how his employees treat the customers and how filthy the restaurant actually is. He kicked my father out for being a loyal customer. I come in today (yes the staff allows me to come in order and eat) and put my order in the kiosk and it didn't print the receipt. I went up to pay at the counter and they told me another price then what came up on the kiosk. This place is really getting worse. Also the owner and staff doesn't care what happens in the parking lot. If you sit in the dining room you can watch vehicles come in the exit and out the entrance. They even allow drug deals to go down in the parking lot by I77. John House knows about everything but refuses to do anything about it.

  Went to this McDonald’s on the late night and got a McFlurry with extra Oreos and they didn’t even mix it! Just put Oreos on the top, smh! Should’ve known it was gone be bs when the ice cream machine was working AND within 30 minutes of closing 😂

  The entire dinner box I got for my family earlier today was old and cold. The fries and nuggets had to have sat out for hours! The burgers cold and hard to bite. I can't imagine what is going on that you can't serve fresh food at a fast food place. I called to let them know and instead of trying to make it right or even a "hey sorry we gave you crappy food" the lady on the phone sounded confused. Worst McDonald's in Canton in my opinion. I would go down to Cherry McDonald's before coming back here. Yuck!
