I stopped at the drive thru today at 9:15pm, and nobody responded, so, I had to come inside. Nobody greeted me and my sister. They saw us and ignored. The least you could do is say hi.

My husband went through the drive thru at the Dunkin on Whipple ave in Canton ohio and got 2 coffees and some hash browns and I can understand if you are new but Aryanna who was at the speaker/ window was extremely rude gave us a lot of attitude and and threw our stuff at us out the window and not pleasant at all I added 2 shots of espresso to my coffee at the window and acted like it was an inconvenience to her to do her job no offense if you don't like costumer service then find a different job how I called them after this incident and talked to the Gm Carley she was absolutely wonderful and offered me a coffee of my choice next time I am there and she didn't want this experience to keep me from coming back she said that she has had a lot of problems with her today and had to tell her to watch the way she speaks to her I'm sorry you should not be talking to any one like that especially management and she had told me she has only been there a month someone like that should not be working with people period
