- VMVirginia Madrid3 days ago1.0Pedí dos combos dos bcnEggChs con dos cafés medianos y unos munchkis descafeinados. Pues me dieron un café regular y el otro si descafeinado la que preparó los sándwiches me dio uno solamente y dijo a le falta el otro y me arrebató mi bolsa y preparó el segundo sandwich pero no me dijo nada y lo puso aún lado le pregunté si ya estaba el sandwich y dijo le falta 30 segundos a las papitas y dije está bien para entonces ya llevaban 15 minutos y terminó el tiempo de las papas y sacó las que estaban frías la pidió en la bolsita y al último le puso una caliente después me aventó la bolsa sin decir nada y me quedé ahí parada esperando habían 5 personas y la manager pero ninguna preguntó si estaba bien mi orden o si necesitaba algo más bueno le dije disculpa cuando me den mi café los sandwich estarán fríos y contestó la manager hacemos lo mejor que podemos y yo le dije que sin 20 minutos estaba bien para dos cafés. Y todavía las donitas no eran glaseadas eran mojadas o del anterior .En fin sólo el tiempo que estuve ahí 5 personas se quejaron de que su comida no estaba correcta que feo servicio la verdad. La manager debería tener más comunicaron con los compañeros y ser más amables. Bueno eso fue hoy 20 de agosto 10:45am
- JCJohn C4 days ago2.0Well...it seems just about every single time I go...I have to pray they will make it with DECAF. I truly believe there are certain prople at the BELDEN VILLAGE one on Whipple Avenue, who intentionally do not give me decag and I always have problems so I have to go to West Tusc in Canton in order to havr a better chance at getting it decaf. It happens there too but not what I experienced at the Belden one before I now only go there if I have to. Also...there are certsin people who act like its a problem to make it how you ask for it... Its not that hard but the only thing I can come up with is that they just do not like their job and they enjoy trying to get one over on people. I have extreme anxiety and need DECAF...or I sometimes have bad anxiety attacks and hospital trips are just a cup away sometimes. I wish the company would tell them how imperative it is to PRESS DECAF... I know when its decaf and when its not and its probably 50 right /50% wrong at Belden and 70% right and 30% wrong at West Tusc.

The two staff members were busy helping drive-through customers and didn’t seem to pay much attention to the customers inside the store. We waited about 10 minutes before being helped. When we finally received our donuts, the toppings were already melting and smudged all over the donuts and the box. By the time my kids finished eating, I thought about taking a picture, but unfortunately, there was only an empty box left. I’m very disappointed with the service and quality of the donuts. I won’t be returning to this location.
