So basically, I get there and I tap my phone, and sometimes it doesn’t work just because it’s a phone and it happens, so I give it to he/she (unsure), and they swipe it again. This time it works, and my money’s taken out of my account, and they say, “It says it didn’t go through,” which is ridiculous because it clearly did. So I start arguing a little because I don’t play about my money—nothing serious, and I show them my phone because it did go through and was taken from my card. They point out where it says “pending,” but anyone who knows anything about Apple Wallet knows when it says “pending,” it means it went through. I will share receipts because anytime I go anywhere, it says “pending” and never is an issue, so I’ll put the photos down.Then the employee has the nerve to say, “I was gonna give you your drinks for free, but since you’re being rude.” Like, honey, they weren’t free. I PAID FOR IT.Honestly, it gives me a weird sort of unprofessional, mismanaged energy. Don’t get a job if you are gonna be ignorant. I didn’t realize their job description entailed arguing with the customers because that’s just irritating. I apologized to them ONLY so I could get my drinks, WHICH I PAID FOR! Dunkin just needs to hire better people or fix the machines. Here’s the proof—

Every single time we've gotten a doordash/uber eats coffee in the past couple months, they've put stickers over the drinking hole on the sippy cup lids, and I don't think that the person in charge stopped to consider that the customer is either forced to find a new cup for their coffee or eat glue while they drink it out of the dunkin cup. I still like dunkin, but we're probably not going to be ordering any iced drinks anymore until the straw lids are back lol
