It's definitely a hit or miss with this location I've had some perfect delicious orders and then I've had a terrible order like the experience I had today. I ordered Chicken Alfredo pasta the container was maybe a quarter full there was no sauce and barely any chicken. I ordered an Italian sub it was rock hard barely had anything on it from the meat to the toppings. I ordered Parmesan bread bites they were over cooked and had no garlic or Parmesan cheese they were just unflavored bread bites that were also rock hard. On top of all that the pasta was cold usually it's so hot I have to let it cool off but I'm pretty sure because it was so under filled it lost temperature quicker than normal. I do want mention I also ordered 3 medium pizzas but they were all correct so I have no complaint about those. So next time I order I might be trying somewhere else..

Instead of leaving frustrated because we didn't answer Lauren found us outside smiled and handed the pizza over. Customer isn't a big deal these days. We are grateful when we encounter it. I was told yes and the order was placed. They call back 5 minutes later and say no I was not in the delivery range. So what's the big problem? I have to wait 7 days or more to get my money back because they couldn't check to see if I was in the delivery range first. They seriously need to improve.
