  I ordered chips and they no joke gave me 6 chips I didn’t notice until i got home and opened the bag and wasn’t driving back out for some chips, absolutely ridiculous tell your workers to actually put chips in the bag literal crumbs…

  My food was fine, but the attitude of one employee working tonight was rude and disrespectful. I didn’t catch his name because I honestly just wanted to get my food and leave. I had just gotten off a rough shift myself and stopped in hoping for a quick, easy dinner. When I ordered white rice, he responded with “you said what rice?” I thought he said "You said white rice?" So I said "yes" and in a tone that felt unnecessarily irritated he asked it again. Sorry, hard of hearing didn't mean to misunderstand! Later, I asked for the mild salsa. He asked if I meant the verde salsa. I told him that I wanted the fresh chunky tomato salsa, and he insisted that verde is the mild option, which is incorrect. The fresh tomato salsa is the mild one, while verde is medium. The combination of attitude and confidently giving incorrect information made the experience frustrating. I completely understand that everyone has bad days or stressful shifts, but that frustration shouldn’t be taken out on customers. A little patience and professionalism would have made this a much better experience.

  This is the worse chipotle in all of Canton. The last time I went I ordered two tacos. They only gave me one. Bad to drive back and get my second taco. This time I ordered online to pick up and I ordered chicken, rice, lettuce, sour cream, queso, corn salsa (which was on the sticker on the lid) and got steak, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, onions, peppers, something spicy. I called and they said to come back. So I did and went inside and there two people. One black chick just standing there talking on her phone and some white dude cooking chicken talking on his phone and no one else. After 5 minutes of me just standing there the white dude turns around and says, "we don't have any food just so you know" and walked away. Then both the black chick and white dude disappear to the back. After about another 5 minutes some other random dude from the back comes up and I explain to him that I got the wrong order and he was very kind. But everyone else and this chipotle is awful. I hate this one but it's close to my house unfortunately.

  It wasn't my order; it was an order they had there since 1 PM, and I placed my order at 8 PM. They just charged me and didn't send what I ordered: no chips, no Sprite, no bowls.

  Very rude and incompetent staff. Everytime I order online/app I pick up 10min past time. App says it’s done and I wait another 20 minutes. Today I came to get my order and they apparently don’t have it and have to remake it. I’m on a 30min lunch break that’s why I ordered ahead of time. When I order inside the portions are sad. Never get any compensation not even a simple apology this Chipotle is trash last time I spend money.
