This restaurant didn’t have on the menu what we’d gotten in the past. When we asked about it, we were told they didn’t carry bone in chicken. Ok. We made mention that we had been to one that did. So we each ordered a chicken biscuit. We sat down at a table and cleaned it ourselves because there was ketchup dried on it. Pieces of food and wrappers were on the floor. Now mind you, other than the young man working the drive thru window, the employees I could see were standing around chatting. So someone could have been cleaning the dining room. My husband bit into his sandwich and found it was very spicy. He knows I can’t eat spicy food so he went up and asked about it. We were told that all of their chicken had Cajun seasoning. He mentioned to the girl that I can’t eat spicy foods. Crickets.So I did a quick Google search and read that you can request your chicken without the seasoning. So I took my wrapped, untouched sandwich to the counter and asked about it. I was told that everything but their grilled chicken had the Cajun spice. I reiterated there was no way I could eat it. I was met with a stare. So I took my sandwich and threw it right in the trash. No one asked if I wanted something different. No one offered another choice. No where on the menu did I see that all the chicken had Cajun spice or I wouldn’t have ordered it.. I went to the restroom and found that neither of the 2 stalls had any toilet paper. So I had to go to the counter to ask for that. Maybe people who go to Bojangles regularly might know about the seasoning, but not everyone does. A simple statement about the seasoning would be helpful and appreciated. Even the app just describes the chicken as “uniquely seasoned” with no mention of any kind of heat or spice. So between the lack of a clean dining room, the spicy food, and the restroom conditions I was very disappointed in this restaurant and we both left hungry after paying $12 for our food we couldn’t eat.

Any time we visit the Canton location, the staff always have a smile, & act professionally! Everyone in our family loves the bo-berry milkshakes among other items. We will continue to frequent this location which is about an hour from where we live. Highly recommend.
