  Still the same problems when they first open this store till now. NOT enough room in handicap parking for a wheelchair. NO ramp at either door; we have to walk past the store just to access the ramp. Finally the music too LOUD and the employees CAN'T seem to talk LOUD enough so customers can hear them correctly.

  Normally, when ordering they're pretty good about getting the orders right. I went in, started to order 2 bowls, one for me, one for the wife. I clearly stated bowl #1 and bowl #2 while ordering. Some how certain ingredients were mixed up and both bowls were wrong. And before someone replies with "why weren't you watching them make it?" I was looking at my phone to make sure I was going to get my wife's order correct, I shouldn't have to watch the employees. Now, the employees were friendly and the establishment was clean, and the food is good - normally.

  Food is good. People running it are not. My portion of food was so little that I finished it less than 5 minutes. I asked the lady kindly for a little more noodles and she wanted to charge me extra. When she pored sauce on my food, I asked could I get a little more sauce and she again wanted to charge me! Food was dry, portion was way too small. These workers need to leave or be nice and give more portion. Quit being so cheap and stingy

  I recently placed a catering order for 45 people for a Bridal Shower. Prior to the event, I stopped in the restaurant during off hours to get information. The employee came out from behind the counter and went through all of the options. I went home and place the order online. When my husband picked up the food the employee went through a checklist of what was in the order. Everything was ready on time, the generous portions were beautifully packed, hot and delicious! BIBIBOP included bowls, napkins, plasticware and serving utensils with the order. We received many comments about how good the food tasted. I won't hesitate to use their services again.

  This is for the location in Canton, Ohio! 5 stars! I had been hesitant to try this restaurant overall...eyed it for over a year to be exact! My teen daughter has started a clean eating vegetarian journey which brought us here for the 1st time (I still eat meat). We had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman who worked there by the name of Juan (he may have been the manager even). He was very patient with us as we were indecisive with what to actually get since it was our 1st time. He let us try different things so we could make a good decision. He explained the food and the details that goes into prepping the food (letting us know the food was gluten and preservative free). I was still hesitant, but Juan assured me that I would love the food! He was so patient with our family while ordering (it was 5 of us). He even explained the taste of the sauces to us when I couldn't decide which to pick! The food was excellent and fresh! Juan came to check on us as we ate...he was constantly cleaning as well...the environment was great and the place was clean, including the bathrooms! We will definitely return and hopefully Juan is there when we do. We live 30 minutes from this location and its worth the drive!
