  I have been very pleased with the efficient service by friendly employees during recent visits at this location. The food is always served at the proper temperature and is fresh.

  Always losing orders placed on the app. Two times in a row! Lost 40 minutes while they tried to "find" the order even after I showed them the placed and paid for order on the app. Gave them a second chance, and they did it again. This time the excuse was because my name is too long!!?? Everyone reading this can see first name and 2 initials for my name. Same as my order. Neither time was i offered an apology or a side or desert to compensate. Once I FINALLY received my order it was the usual good Arby's quality. Taco Bell is almost next door. Better than losing over a half hour of time.
