    So the Massillon Arby's ran out of roast beef....So I came over to the one on West Tusk, i literally messed up my order and got the wrong thing....It was my own fault!!! LAR'S made everything right, even though it was my fault and had a smile on her face the whole time!!! What wonderful customer service.

    We went through the drive through. We were greeted and given a moment to decide on our order. Then of course we ordered two full meals. French dip and the classic roast beef with curly fries for both. Both meals came out fast and hot and fresh with great tasting roast beef that only Arbys has. Thanks Jasmin and Arbys for exceptional service and great food.

    Came through the drive thru with my 91 y/o Aunt. She wanted to use her coupons, but some were items not for our area. But the customer service rep was phenomenal. He still got her order to work and she was very happy.😁 Our meals were great.

    Food was ok. But if you ask for Arby's sauce they only give you a couple. If you ask for more they give you an attitude even tho the order was 50 bucks. Smh
