I’ll definitely be back to see them and get my yummy drinks. I wish I could review this place 100 more times because everytime is amazing! —❤️❤️ TikTok girl 😘

  I stopped by the Canton 7 Brew today and had the absolute best experience, all thanks to Ariana! From the moment I drove up, she greeted me with the biggest smile and the most amazing, high-energy attitude. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted to order, but she was incredibly patient, walked me through the flavor options, and recommended the perfect drink. She was fast, friendly, and genuinely brightened my entire day. 7 Brew has great drinks, but it's team members like Ariana who keep me coming back.

  This 7 brew is the best! Jayna went above and beyond in getting my order correct and she danced out to my car like the Majestic Ginger Queen she is, Red hair blowing in the wind beautifully to deliver it! I had a screaming car of kids with me and she played with them telling them jokes to cheer them up and take some stress off of my busy parenting day. Thank you Jayna for having great customer service! I’ll be back Ginger Queen!

  Every time I come to this seven brew, the service is horrendous. They will only take one to two customers at a time; they won’t even walk the drink out to your car. Gotta make sure you’re all the way up underneath the first car. The Massillon, North Canton, and the Falls one are great. There’s no way they run by the same leader. They’re extremely slow, not personable at all. It took me the third time to get my bad service in a row to write this review. It must be a standard that they’re OK with.

  First time trying 7 Brew. It is probably the last time I will try it. Not even sure I trust their reviews, because my experience was not good. I will not be going back for coffee. Why? Because this location is terrible. The Irish Creme coffee I ordered really did not have any flavor. it tasted burnt, It tasted like tea was mixed, I could taste no Irish cream flavor; not even sure I got the right order because there’s no labels on the cup. When I got down to the bottom of my drink there were coffee grounds in it, just poor making of the drink. So no flavor and coffee ground mixed in… they don’t seem to excel at making hot coffee drinks. (plus the outside of the cup was sticky). so I will probably not stop at any of the locations again. I do not recommend this location, (and I’m not sure the other locations are any better). There was a definite lack of attention to details.
