  I purchased 3 boxes of pizza. 1 cheese and 2 pepperoni and cheese. It was my kids dinner while I worked. The pizza was horrible, dry and super thin, they couldn’t even eat it. I have been trying for hours to get in contact with someone at the restaurant with no answer just the reps at the call center. I spent $53 and it was even edible. I am very disappointed with this experience and I’ll never purchase again. This picture is what the pizza looked like when they received it last night. This is unacceptable.

  DoorDash driver delivered the wrong order, Brian & Victor completely went above and beyond and made everything right.

  The man who answered my phone call was extremely rude, did not offer to help me in any way, and couldn’t even help me with my order. It was a delivery order and told me to order another day cause they were closing. He was the one who messed up and didn’t offer an apology or anything.

  I made an order through uber eats. Nobody was able to deliver, which is fine. I went and I picked it up. They close at around 11, I got there around 10:15, went back to my hotel. Got back to my hotel around 10:35 and seen they didn’t have my wings. I called, they said they had them there. I asked if I could get them tomorrow or something due to weather conditions and I wouldn’t be able to make it by the time they closed. They said no. So I asked if they would deliver it then. They said no. So, basically I paid for something I didn’t receive without an ounce of remorse. Do not delete this comment either Pizza Hut because I will absolutely copy n paste all day every day.

  Ordered a Stuffed Crust Pizza with extra cheese. It was so underdone that it was not good. I did the survey that was sent to me but was never contacted by the owner!
