  Honest to god it is MIND BLOWING how horrible this McDonald’s location is. Rude staff, 10+ minute wait on food when you’re the only customer there. No other location struggles as bad as this one, why even keep it open when it seems like a large majority of the clientele has an issue with it. Please either fix the staff or start over, because the only thing “consistent” about this place is their logo

  "Fast" food. I was pulled ahead to a waiting spot in the drive thru, and had to wait 15+ minutes for my food. They could have at least had the decency to give me fresh fries for the wait, but they must have been sitting in the bag for the 15 minutes waiting for the 16 mcnuggets (the only things that were actually warm). I don't know what's happened to this store, they use to be pretty good, but the past few times have had increased wait times and not the freshest food. This time though was by far the worst.

  My card was charged, however my order never went through. When I attempted to get assistance, the restaurant manager was not pleasant or helpful regarding the issue. Due to the staff’s attitude and lack of customer service, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I ended up going to Arby’s instead. Overall, I am very unhappy with this experience.

  Asked for 2 large fries they filled each halfway asked for extra Ketchup and the rude woman at the window decided to give me an extra 2 after seeing my 3 kids in the back half way through eating my mcchicken I found what seems to be paper my wife's snack wrap had the wrapper folded into the wrap itself got 9 nuggets in my 10 piece genuine garbage service I hope the woman at the second window gets fired.

  Lady at the speaker was rude to begin with we got 20 nuggets and asked for 4 sauces also asked the at the pay window again for 4 sauces was told to pull up and wait on food at the last window the last window has a sign letting you know how you I’ll be charged extra for extra sauces or coffee flavors added to orders we got our food pulled out and there was only ONE sauce for 20 nuggets not sure if it was on purpose because we asked twice for 4 sauces which 20 nuggets should come with! I mean they did not even give us a sauce for each nugget but it didn’t really matter because the nugget tasted like crap they were hard and cold and the fries which I guess is what we pulled up for were hot but also hard and honestly look like they just refried them or something they were not fresh just hard and hot ….so seeing how this McDonald is a stickler for charging the 25 cents maybe that’s why they cheat you out of sauces also
