The employees don’t care if you’re standing at the register waiting to order, they don’t care if you’re missing half your things, hell they don’t even care enough to clean up behind the counter. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for awhile now, but I don’t think I’ll be returning after this most recent visit
- KDKai DiazSep 11, 20261.0I was here recently and as I was in the drive through I noticed how nasty and unkempt the trash receptacle area is. There was garbage all over the outside of it, food and coffee grounds on the asphalt outside the enclosure. Two employees were out there goofing around. The door was propped open and you could see how nasty it was inside the enclosure as well. I had already mobile ordered my drink so I pulled through and got it. It was the worst iced coffee I ever had and obviously was not made the way I had ordered it. I always order the same thing and it tasted nothing like what the sticker said was in it. I was already on the road and don’t have time to turn back for having it fixed. I stopped at the Dunkin on 46 on the west end of Austintown in front of Walmart and ordered another and threw the one away from the Canfield store. Funny thing is as I drove past the trash enclosure in Austintown, I noticed how immaculate it was. I will never go back to the cancel location again..

The drive-thru was slammed so I tried to give them Grace and understand that they would be with me when someone was available. The whole time I'm observing everyone and there are multiple people just standing around socializing looking awkwardly at me like what am I doing there. Obviously I wanted to order something. If I wouldn't have said something no one would have served me. I literally had to ask the one guy is someone going to take my order. He reluctantly took my order, sloppily made my drink on purpose and then slid it across the counter to me. I tried not to use the race thing, but I was the only black person in there and it didn't feel welcoming at all first of all and I know that that definitely had something to do with it because if I was of a lighter skin tone I'm sure I would have been served normally. I would never come here again and I truly cannot believe that happened in 2026!
