  Would give zero stars if i could. Very horrible. Will never go again . Need people to check to see if customer is at register. Waited 5 minutes just for a water cup then couldn't order food cause no change and wasnt accepting cash

  The employees here have taken a unique approach to selling products. They put the ingredients of your main item along with the cinnamon twists and packets of sauce into a bag and let you assemble it yourself. I'm grateful they didn't put napkins in the bag as well or assembling my taco would have been a greater challenge! I don't understand their urgency since I was the only car in the drive thru and there were no customers inside.

  Order number 66 at 3:04 pm 9/2/2026 (Drive-thru). Was really looking forward to eating because it was my first time I could eat since surgery so two days no food,boy did I want that grilled cheese burrito. It felt (light) when they gave it to me but they handed me and extra large bag for somereason so I thought maybe the way it sat in the bag was why it felt light. Made it part way down by Meijer pulled it out. It was so small I started crying. Went to subway to make up for it and so long story short not happy at all and the website won't let me submit my complaint. Yes i understand i could go in but really im not trying to make any problems for the 2 employyees they have at any given time.furthermore thecall line won't answer the phone so here I am disgruntled. I could go on but I won't just please if you see this taco bell. I know it sucks Ive worked food service and it seems like your busy and swamped all day everyday, but not everyone goes out to eat everyday this was gonna be my special treat for myself and I felt like I got screwed.
