  We went into the store for a carry out...we stood inside the store for 15mins and nobody came...we then tried to call the store and was hung up on 3 times...if I could give zero stars, I would...will definitely be reaching out to corporate to let them know how bad this location is

  This pizza hut is the worst I have ever been to and will NEVER go again. I walked in and waited a couple minutes before someone came to the counter and I told him I was there for pick-up. He stated it was being taken out of the oven now. While waiting I watched 2 guys making pizza and neither had gloves on, after making the pizzas, they both went to the sink and washed their hands, but isn't gloves mandatory around food? It was 5 min of waiting and a guy came out and was at the register, I told him my pizza was ready, because the guys said it was being taken out of the oven 5 min ago. He totally ignored me and waited another couple min, before a guy brought it out. The cleanliness was gross, there was a puddle of water laying on the floor at the sink and napkins laying all over the floor. The guys working walked right through it. I finally got my pizzas and breadsticks and the pizzas was dried out, the breadsticks was OK. I did not have my phone with me, otherwise I would have definitely taken pictures.

  Everytime I come to this location my food is never ready on time. This time I had to wait over 30 mins past my expected time. A guy brought pizza up and never called out any names and come to findnout 15 mins later it was my pizza. Then they forgot to make half of the order and he asked if I wanted to wait I told him I've waited long enough. Ill never come to pizza hut again

  I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again. We ordered a meal and Pizza Hut took our payment. They had a DoorDash delivery driver deliver it to us, but the driver ended up taking our pizza back because he said that he had no payment for the pizza so I have been fighting for almost a week now to get a refund from Pizza Hut and they have yet been able to do that so they have basically stole our money and we didn’t get our food.

  Restaurant wasn’t busy at all, but I waited for a long time before a team member came to greet me. The kitchen looked absolutely filthy. I ordered extra cheese and toppings on both pizzas and they didn’t have it. Pizza Hut costs way too much to not give the paid for toppings. Why offer the option if you NEVER put them on? Just like Dominos. At this point Pizza Hut is only a slight step above Little Caesar’s. Will not be ordering from this location anymore. No wonder it only has 2.6 stars on Google. And that seems generous.
