  I stopped in to order a meal at Jimmy John’s Thursday and had a really disappointing experience. The place was empty and when the cashier noticed me, he was rude and unwelcoming throughout the entire ordering process. I’m assuming because he had to get up and work instead of continuing to sit around. Not a single smile—just a scowl the whole time. If you don’t want to work, then don’t. Customer service matters, and this was seriously lacking. It’s unfortunate I’ve been a long time customer but, won’t be returning to this location. I’d recommend going to Jersey Mike’s instead—they treat customers much better.

  They closed their doors at 8:20pm (40 minutes before they close) and locked them and turned away a cop, me and my fiancée
