  Was standing there for more than 35mins with a bunch of other people . For 1 they had more than plenty workers today so I don’t know what the issue is and why we are all in the lobby sitting and standing for over 40mins , plenty of people walking out due to not receiving help or pizza in time , thinking about never ordering at this location anymore this is not the first time .

  This location is consistently bad. Tonight I pulled up to the drive thru and waited 15 minutes. So I drove around and I see a ton of workers sitting at a dinning room table so I walked in and they all looked annoyed that I walked in. I gave them my name and they gave me my order I didn’t open it up until I got home and the pizza was very under cooked and I got chipotle dry rib wings and they gave me some type of garlic wings. Truly a horrible experience won’t be going back.

  What happened to Donatos? Used to be one of the best chains. Time marches on. Now an absolute joke. Ordered pizza for delivery supposed to arrive at 745pm. Door dash driver texts at 833pm saying she is waiting on food to be made. Shows up at 850pm with luke warm pizza. I get its tough to find good help, but let's pretend it was done before 745, and driver doesnt show until 833, who sends out a pizza sitting for over 45 min? Jim Grote wouldn't have.

  I love Donatos but this location gets my order wrong almost every time and it's just a simple Big Don sub, no tomatos, no ham. The last 4 times I've ordered, it's been wrong so now I drive to Pickerington when I want Donatos. The last time, the young lady at the front spent 10 minutes flirting with the guy in front of me so my order had to be remade since it was cold.
