  Walked in and was told there is no rice (both kinds) and it would be 10 minutes. Looked around at employees standing around and place looked disgusting and filthy. Glad you were out of rice.

  Management at this location needs to retake food safety and customer service training classes immediately. One of the managers on 5/14/26 around 11am was working the register (handling cash all and that working the register requires) then turned around and bagged my chips with the same gloves. I asked her if she can change her gloves and grab me a new bag of chips. She told me she did not touch my chips she used a cup (although I saw her with my own two eyes) and refused to do as I asked. So even though it was quite disgusting I didn’t want to argue so I kept quiet and went to eat my food. Fast forward I got back in line to order something else on my way out the door and once again I observed this woman do the exact same thing with another order. After checking out I asked the woman if there was a manager available. She said I am a manager, I said ok are you the GM? She said no, I said ok may I speak with the GM if they’re available? She goes back to get the GM. The GM comes around the corner and immediately looks annoyed with my presence which I was confused about obviously being as though I’ve never seen this woman nor was I being rude or causing a scene in any way. So I explain what happened and how it’s extremely unsafe for employees to be handling cash, the register and whatever else while also handling food with the SAME gloves. And that it was unacceptable for me to be blatantly lied to and refused a simple glove changing request and new chips. The GM very annoyingly said she’ll address it and that was it. No I’m sorry, no nothing but eye rolling. Most times a GM or a manager period will say I apologize for your experience, it won’t happen again thank you for your feedback. I was baffled by this experience as chipotle typically has a higher standard for their employees and stores. On a positive note the non management staff were wonderful: professional, polite and didn’t cross contaminate. They should be promoted.

  Had the best chipotle bowl of my life here-- the service was also outstanding. I'm not from here but wish my local chipotle was this good!

  Placed order for pick up online. The most flavorless chipotle I’ve ever had. Burrito was 90% rice , which had no flavor. Chewy, flavorless chicken. Hardly any cheese or sour cream. First and last time ordering fajita veggies. They were just hard outer layer of red onions. Chip bag was so small for $5 with guac. Pick up order wasn’t on the pick up shelf for easy pickup. Won’t return
