  I walked in, and mind you there were ZERO customers in there and nobody in line. I stood there for 3 minutes before someone came out from the back. No greeting no what can I get you. She seemed absolutely disgusted she had to make my burrito. They were out of white rice and I was told it would be 10 minutes. I couldn’t get what I wanted and the customer service was horrendous. They seem to hate their job and act annoyed when you order. Never going back to this location.

  Food was to be ready over 20 minutes ago, sitting in line not moving. Not the first time. Avoid this location.

  This place is gross.. Drive thru window looks like it hasn’t been washed. Ever…. Food smeared all over the floors and counters. Waited 8 minutes before anyone came to the drive thru window.. Take out bag had sour cream all over the inside of the bag, stale chips, and food was cold.

  I think this is the only one star review I have ever left in my life, but after 4-5 laughably terrible visits to this restaurant, I feel like it’s time. First, this restaurant is perpetually out of everything. It’s out of meat or lettuce or salsa or several items and we’re not talking 20 minutes before closing here. On most of the times I have visited, it has been more than an hour before the store closed. In addition to this the service is like a sitcom. It’s so bad I’m sometimes sure someone is taping to see customers lose it when employees offer each customer the same dead-eyed, zombie-like litany of “we’re out of that” and one word questions. “Beans? Rice?” And dude I totally get it. Fast food is hard work and being on your feet all day is exhausting. I have been there, but trust me this is abnormally bad. And the food? Undercooked crunchy rice, overcooked dry meat, sour cream that was so watery I was pretty hesitant to eat it at all. The only reason I have visited more than once is because it’s so darn close to my house, and no one is going to a chipotle because they’re looking for atmosphere and don’t mind the drive. We need a giant bowl of carbs with a side of chips, right? But though we are Chipotle fans, we avoid this one whenever possible because we know it’s going to be terrible. It’s practically new and it’s been awful since the beginning. So why? Chipotle doesn’t need to produce white tablecloths and at-the-elbow service, but what is going on with this restaurant in particular? Why can’t anything be done to improve it to the mid-but-hey-it’s-chipo-po-so-I’m-happy level we all want? Truly baffled.
