  Slowest Taco Bell I've ever been too!Over 15 minutes to get our food with only 2 other people ahead of us.

  I ordered food through the drive thru on Friday 6/19/26, late afternoon. The food was the best Taco Bell I have had in at least 15+ years! I just wanted to send kudos! Also, the young lady at the window was very friendly and so pleasant too! Nice work!!!

  Showed up at 1130pm for deive through order. Nobody responded. Waited at pick up window for ten minutes. People who work here are a freaking joke.

  We went here on a Friday night at midnight. All of the lights were on inside and outside including the menu lights, and their posted hours were 7am-2am so there's no reason they should've been closed. When we pulled to the window the automatic robot went off with the usual "go ahead with your mobile order/order, etc..." we went to order at the drive thru and an employee outside of the resturaunt told us that they were closed after we had already placed a mobile order and it was accepted through the app. We had to cancel and go to another location, but the app says we won't be getting a refund for 2-3 days. In this economy?! It's already hard enough getting by, but being disappointed by an early closing and not getting our money back for days is ridiculous. We ended up going to another location and got food there. I'm not usually one to complain or leave horrible reviews, but this is not the first time this has happened at this location for us with the closing early but still accepting mobile orders and every light being on. I used to work at a Taco Bell years ago, and I know for sure that my old GM absolutely would've lost it if we would've closed three hours earlier than posted hours with no valid explanation. This is unacceptable and something needs to change. I waste my gas and money just to get refunded days later and have to drive ten mins further to get to a location that actually would comply with posted hours. Life is too expensive for delayed refunds like that! I've had multiple bad experiences here. Early closings, being told they already cleaned the fryers and can't make parts of my orders (And the latest I feel comfortable showing up to a resturaunt with their hours is 30mins before close so nothing ridiculous!), being out of things, slow service, missing food, etc... I would not recommend going here. Go to the Taco Bell on Wales in Massillon, they have great service!
