  Very disorganized. Forgot the sugar in my sweet iced tea. No line but still waited 10 minutes. Seemed annoyed when I came back in to get sugar added to my sweet iced tea.

  Terrible customer service. Everyone acts like you’re the inconvenience for walking in, and they took 20 minutes for a donut and one drink.

  Have had multiple bad experiences with this location. From orders being wrong to machines being broken and unable to provide me with a refund for my order. Not to mention, after sitting in their parking lot to try and contact customer service, you can't leave because cars are wrapped around waiting for their order or trying to leave as well.

  Today 4/29/2026 I was at campbell ohio dunkin donuts and I waited 10 minutes for my bacon egg and cheese begal. I get to work to eat it and its been eaten half way. I have been calling all morning and no one will answer the phone. This is utterly disgusting to give a customer a half eat sandwich. Im continuing to try and call with no answer

  I am very disappointed with this location when I came through last night. I ordered my favorite drink, The dragon fruit with fresher, lemonade, extra dragon fruit it was made incorrectly. I was attended rudely by a male staff I also called last night about my drink being made incorrectly. I came through today at 11:20 A.M The general manager attended me Instead of replacing my drink completely, she Actually grabbed a new cup and added extra dragon fruit into it and poured the drink from last night into the new cup Which is completely unsanitary I had mentioned that that drink was from last night and I did not drink it because it was made incorrectly! I come to this location five times a week I’m extremely disappointed!
