  My family and I ordered online cause they said the a/c is broke an its hit inside. We placed our order ran a few errands and went to pizza hut to see if our order was ready. The girl said 10-15 minutes so we ran a few more errands an returned to pizza hut 20 minutes later. I walk in to see if our order is ready and get told that our order doesn't exist. I said to the girl at the register hows thay possible when you told me it was in the oven for another 10-15 minutes it be done i came back 20 minutes. Plenty of time. They still can't find our order so another 20 minutes later they finally found it and told us its going to be another 10 minutes. They were not very busy. Very unprofessional

  Worst pizza ever. The pie wasn’t sliced all the way through, so it had to be torn apart to eat. Crust was soggy and greasy.

  Rude couldn't tell what the specials was Didn't take order right half the people couldn't eat cause to much sauce told them light sauce

  I ordered a pizza at 4:30 pm got a message saying it was on its way eta 4:59 at 5;30 I called the store to see what was going on the young man said he didn’t know it was a new driver that had several orders so I asked then why message me with an eta of 4:59 he had no idea when it would arrive didn’t apologize at 6pm it finally arrived and not hot. Here’s the thing I understand new people but don’t send several orders out with new people and don’t send me a message and an email it’s eta was 4:59 and come an hour later with a cold pizza!
