I got a blizzard and it was melted a good bit and I got dirty looks and smug attitude when I told her it was half melted 🙄 and requested another. (It sat ready, while my food was being prepped). Good option for desert though. Decent price but not always fast service.

It's definitely something you don't see often anymore, he genuinely wanted to make sure my experience was good and make up the miss, and then some.

I understand being busy and stressed, but it was a chore for him to take my order, and he muttered under his breath when I grabbed a box of Dilly bars (which I choose to grab instead of the Blizzard bc I didn't want to upset him any more than I already did by just taking my order). I think the manager on duty apologized for the wait on the food, which really wasn't long.
