  I believe management receives far too many negative reviews and not nearly enough recognition when employees truly go above and beyond. I always like to take the opportunity to bring attention to those who demonstrate exceptional work ethic, customer service, and genuine care for the people they serve. I have been traveling and have stopped at many places along the way, but today, a young man with red hair, I believe his name was Tony, stood out as an exceptionally welcoming and hardworking employee. He was attentive, energetic, extremely friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. He made my meal exactly as I was expecting and then somehow managed to make the entire experience even better. It is one thing to simply prepare someone's food, but Tony added the one ingredient that cannot be taught or measured...genuine care. There was a sincerity behind the way he treated me that made it clear he genuinely cared about providing a great experience, and that small difference left a lasting impression. On top of the exceptional service, I was also extremely impressed by how clean and well-maintained the store was. The entire location was clean, organized, inviting, and clearly cared for. Between the condition of the store and the welcoming atmosphere created by Tony, it was obvious that pride is being taken in this location. His attitude, kindness, and enthusiasm made my visit to your town that much more enjoyable, and I am incredibly glad I chose to stop here today. Experiences like this are what turn a quick stop while traveling into a place you actually remember. Because of this experience, I will absolutely make this one of my regular stops whenever I am traveling through the area. I highly recommend stopping in, and if you have the opportunity to be helped by Tony, even better. Employees like him deserve to be recognized, as his positive energy, genuine kindness, and exceptional customer service will surely brighten your day.

  Love the bowls I try to stop 1 to 2 times a week... Really good and healthy food...

  Came on a sunday and completely understood that they were busy, but the staff was absolutely grumpy. Every time someone walked in the door they would grumble, complain and roll their eyes. The two people behind the counter were moving slow, only helping one person at a time, and not nice or happy about it. Completely understandable that no one wants to work on a sunday. But they should be grateful, they have a job, and they are serving the public. That's part of it. The food was great. You can't go wrong with chipolte.

  The food was yummy But I found three bad tomatoes in my food, also my portions were not great. I pay extra for queso and get only a half a ladle which is dispointing and if I ask for more they charge me double, also skimp on the meat. Prices are never the same even though I order the same thing each time.
