  There was nobody working the register inside. The food was old and cold. They were working on the ceiling by self serve kiosk and couldnt get to the pick up area very well. The prices were elevated just because of the location.

  Have never gotten an order from this location that didn't have something wrong with it. Whether the burger is burnt or freezer burnt or missing a majority of the toppings. It's almost always bad. The service is fine but the quality of the food made is dubious at best. Only writing this review in hopes that the quality improves because driving to the next town over just to get mcdonalds is a bit much.

  Don't use there online ordering if you go through the drive through 9 times out of 10 that I do they either never got the order or say it never went through then offer to reorder inside but when you don't get your money back right away from the app your just screwed out of your whole nights dinner plans. Don't know if it's a network issue or what but this is the only mc Donald's I ever have this problem with. Never going back until it's resolved I'll stick with the ones in Marion.

  So, I'd like to not even give 1 star but I guess I'll start there for effort. I come through at least once (most days 2 times) for iced Macchiato.'s... I always pay for extra Carmel drizzle as well. Every single time I order it they always screw it up somehow! It never tastes the same which blows my mind since it's a machine made drink! The employees will argue with me about how much Carmel they put in when I physically sit and watch it be made. The only time the crap is ever right is when Tiffany or Katarina makes it! This is becoming a problem when it's a reoccurring/daily thing!
