  This location is horrible...I ordered food for me and my daughter and the staff are just clowning around. What really prompted the bad review is the constant joking , making vomiting noises and laughter as they prepare my food. My appetite was gone instantly, my daughter didn't even want her ice cream after hearing them. 18 bucks down the drain and a TERRIBLE customer experience.

  Absolutely awful, ordered 70 dollars worth of stuff and never got it, when I called to ask about it I was told that it was already delivered and couldn't be redone because it was too big of an order. Absolute numb nuts

  Absolutely horrific experience. Ordered nearly $70 worth of food on their app and was told "it was already picked up" when we questioned where it was after nearly an hour. Turns out they gave it to some random person who stole it, only to tell us it's "too big" of an order to remake and they can't refund us since "once it leaves the store it's out of our hands." YOU GAVE IT TO THE WRONG PERSON??? Got given a 1800 number to call to complain, the 1800 number was broken and didn't work. Contacted corporate to complain, and corporate told us to CONTACT OUR LOCAL STORE !!! Extremely combative and argumentative staff, incredibly unhelpful and incompetent, and a total loss of nearly $70. Do not go here.

  Actually the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Rude and will not take accountability for their mistakes. Wish I could give them 0 stars. It didn’t used to be this bad.
