  Mason is a young, very unprofessional, mouthy, know it all. This may seem like a minor encounter but there seems to be a lack of accountability in the workplace, especially for young kids/adults who think they can make an argument about everything. He took our order over the phone. Picked up our food and the order was wrong. Called back to have our order corrected and the lady explained that the “newbies” get confused about which bread people are ordering. I drove back to pick up the corrected order and Mason grabbed the receipt as soon as he saw me walk in to prove he took my order correct (it was wrong). Even IF he took the order right, it was still made wrong. He was cocky and mouthy about it and continued to mumble as he grabbed my order and threw his hands up saying “but I’m not gonna argue with you” (I wasn’t arguing). I’m not there to cause a scene, just simply correct it, give me my food, and I’ll be on my way.
