  I have to say this was clearly one of the best wing stops I have ever been too. The service of the team here was excellent and professional. The team was very efficient and patient with explaining special deals and for suggesting a better combination of food items ,to get more food for a better price ,than just looking at the menu ,it cost a little more ,but was well worth it for the extra items we received. To the store management, you have done a fantastic job of preserving the art treating customers with respect and making the whole experience a fun and enjoyable event . I had kids with me and it's nice to deal with a staff that knows how to accommodate tired and hungry kids with a great ,and positive attitude!!!! Thank you for your exceptional service and I definitely will go here whenever I'm in the area !!!

  Placed our order and received an email saying it would ready in 8-13 minutes. We finally received our food 40 minutes after the latest estimated pick up time. The manager on duty was clearing order times before the orders were done and was openly admitting to it with customers in the lobby. He was yelling at his employees in the kitchen that if his wait times do not go down he will be fired while throwing things around. I’ve never seen such a dysfunctional kitchen and incapable leadership. When we finally received our food and got home our order was wrong. We received unseasoned wings, bone-in when we ordered boneless, and we were missing a large ranch, a large fry, and brownies. Called to see if we could get this resolved and was asked to hold. I finally hung up after 15 minutes of holding. We weren’t given a proper receipt to leave a private review with the company directly. So I’ve had to result to airing out my grievances here. I don’t care if anyone from Wingstop sees this, but I hope the public does. Save yourself and just go to the winking lizard if you want wings. And to be clear we have given Wingstop multiple chances. We do enjoy the food, but every single time our food is late by 30+ minutes and our order has been wrong.

  Ordered delivery for 7:30pm. Called at 1:45 to change order to delivery at 5pm. They told me they changed it. I then get a call from them at 4:57 telling me my order is ready. I said I ordered for delivery and was promptly told that “we don’t deliver the food..” ordered this food through the website. Click on delivery, this is all done THROUGH Wingstop. They tell me nope, you must contact DoorDash. In what way, shape, or form was this order done through DoorDash? I paid delivery charges. I tipped based on getting it delivered… now Wingstop tells me I either contact DoorDash or come pick it up. I PAID FOR DELIVERY! Wingstop just lost a customer, and I highly recommend choosing to go anywhere else for your chicken needs.

  The 2 older men very nice. However older lady is rude messed my order up threw a huge fit when asking for side of sauce. Slaming items Said she isn't answering calls. Had to drive back up to the restaurant to get my order right and wait. Management should look into this. Wing stop isn't cheap and the food quality isn't par with this cost
