  Came to store at 2:15am to grab food after work. Sat in line at speaker for 10 minutes with nobody that answered the speaker. Then went to window and waited another 10 minutes and where no worker was in site and called store due to sign stating store opened till 4am. No answer and no worker in site throughout store that’s atleast viable through the windows.

  A pretty good Taco Bell. Food is always as expected if not better, and the workers are always friendly enough.

  Promote whoever is working the night shift amazing experience whoever is working there at the night shift now The food actually tasted like food this time and was well made. I will definitely be going back if I continue to get this quality but usually that's not the case and hasn't been for years.

  Hire more staff this wait time is ridiculous. Sat in line for 25 minutes with no one in front of me, and when we said “hello” the worker said “give us one moment please. And we waited another 15 minutes. Horrible

  I'll be speaking with the GM tomorrow, or whenever she's available. Because this place lost my business for good. They were not short staffed, just lazy and incompetent. I had to wait in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for my order. Then once I got it home, I found out that the food was hard as a rock. So I head back out to get it fixed. And that's just the start. I then asked if they could remake one of the food items because they forgot to add the extras I had ordered on it (and paid extra for). They remade it, but added pico this time which it does not come with and I didn't want. I then had 3 other associates argue with me that it comes with pico, despite me showing them on the app that it doesn't. Followed by a prompt, "I don't know what to tell you. I just work here." When I asked for a manager, one of them said they were one (which was a lie). Then when the actual manager hears what's going on, she tells them that it in fact does not come with pico. I didn't even mention that for each "correction", I had to wait another 10-15 minutes. I watched as 3 other customers that had paid for their food and not gotten it yet just walk out. I spent well over an hour at this place, all to pick up a mobile order the way it was ordered, and edible. Which means that by the time I actually got to eat, my food was bone cold. 1+ hour, $40+, and an aneurysm later, I finally had food that I no longer wanted. I've been to this Taco Bell several times, and this is the first and only bad experience I've had. But when it goes beyond bad to straight up lying to my face and arguing with me, you can trust that I will NEVER return.
