  The sandwich was good overall, but the customer service was beyond awful. I couldn't even eat inside how uncomfortable I felt around the woman. The tan middle-aged redhead was so abrupt, snippy and just downright rude. I felt uncomfortable even customizing my lunch and couldn't wait to leave. The tables also were in need of wiping.

  I ordered a sub online for pickup around 10AM about a week ago at this establishment. When I got there, the place was closed, so I used Subway's websites convoluted and automated report a problem feature to get a refund. After around six days I get an e-mail saying simply the situation was resolved. I never got a refund. I will be contacting corporate in every avenue to get my stolen money back. I will never order Subway again due to my money essentially being stolen by the owners of this establishment. They should feel shame.

  Screwed up my order. Charged me for all individual items instead of combo and when I questioned it they said it was right even though I had ordered the same thing last week at the combo price. Then when I got my food home they had given me the wrong sandwich. It was the customer behind me. When I returned manager just gave me a look like she didn't care it was screwed up and walked off. Awesome.
