  Order supposed to be ready at 6:12-6:22. Arrived 6:15. No one acknowledged upon walk in. All workers have headphones in. Stared at tall kid behind rack. Finally asks our name. Give name. Can't hear so has to take headphone out. Give name. Says it is coming out of the printer now. I SEE him eventually walk up take the tickets and put on boxes. Watched him box all three orders. Puts orders on rack. Nothing happens. Girl finally decides to interact with the growing line of customers. Goes to a customer that came in after me. Her order not ready. Asks me my name. Looks at rack orders. Tall guy points to it. She doesn't even look at them. Tells me its not ready and walks to the back of the store. I waited several mins and finally asked tall guy if that is mine. But of course for him to hear he takes his headphone out. Tells me it is but she went to back and she'll be back shortly. I am glad I chose to pay cash as I was just able to leave and hopefully its hurts their business for have 3 orders not paid for. Went to Little Caesars down the road and got a hot and ready.

  This place has gone so down hill. I worked here years ago and if something was wrong we'd fix it. I ordered food tonight and it was delivered was wrong and several items were missing. I called in about tge mistakes on my order and whoever I spoke to was Inrecidly rude and hung up on me after saying it would take 30 minutes to remake my food. There is clearly a lack of leadership at this location these days. Keep in mind this was a $70.00 order. Pathetic. Fo better.

  Where do I ever start, everything was wrong! Right off the bat the app gave issues, I called to make sure only one order was placed not multiple. Whoever answered was rude and gave me attitude. Driver was extremely late and couldn’t follow directions even when I called and explained exactly how to find me. Food was cold obviously by then. Opened the box the entire family all looked at each other like what is this? It was thin, greasy hard as a rock and just plain downright gross. The cookie wasn’t any better.

  Was on our way back to pennsylvania and had to have the best pizza . We even brought one home for later . We miss papa john's pizza . Can't wait for our next visit to ohio .
