    We ordered two McDoubles and a Coke pulled up got a Diet Coke and a meidum fry threw the drive threw? We went in dude had no idea how to help us asked us three times what the problem was then another guy walked by we said can you help us? “Uhhhhhhhhhh” he responded with and walked away???? Then came back with two McDoubles and walked away without saying a word how hard is it mainly when we asked for no pickle and we got two regular McDoubles on top of that

    They do not give free refills here. And they do not have any one at the counter to wait on you. The only good thing about this place is the playground; however, when we were here there was a woman absolutely screaminh and losing it on her children.

    Everything is bad about this place. From costumer service to precision on delivery. Avoid this mcdonald as much as you can.

    So this location doesn't offer drink refills. Like what? I ordered a $5 large (not so large) refresher and it's half ice so it went quick. They said no. They also said they don't offer soda refills either. I just spent $26 here and rounded up to donate to charity and this is how they treat their guests. I only come here because my daughter likes their Happy Meals. I can say for certain that we will never be back. The food sucks anyways.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. I suspect everyone in the store is incompetent, lazy, rude or all of the above. I have had numerous issues with this location messing up food or delivery, sometimes to the point where literally half of the food is missing. So we stopped ordering delivery. Today I ordered food on the app and my husband went to pick it up on his lunch break while I was home with our toddler. We each have different restaurants we have rewards accounts for and it's often more convenient for him to pick up the food, so it's not unusual for me to place an order on various apps and he picks it up. I sent him screenshots of everything we ordered, including what the modifications were supposed to be, because again, the staff at this location apparently can't get an order right to save their lives. He got there and asked about the order. They told him they wouldn't give him the food if he didn't have the order number. Nevermind that he had screenshots from the app of what the entire order is supposed to be and showed the staff the images. So he called me and I sent him an additional screenshot that included the order number at the top instead of just the food list. They still refused. But this time they said that because "the phone that ordered the food isn't here, we can't give you the food." So he wasted his entire lunch break and came back with no food to a toddler screaming because she was waiting on her lunch and I told her daddy was bringing it. So I tried to call the store to ask about my refund, because you know they charged my card already and it's RIDICULOUS to be charged for food and wait maybe 7 business days for a refund on food they were possibly too lazy to make when he was there to pick it up. Left a voicemail. Tried calling through the afternoon when I had time. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. NO ONE RETURNS CALLS. I called corporate and they assured me they would escalate it and someone would give me a call. Still waiting. I've had jobs where I have needed to answer calls and return calls. If I ignored all calls and voicemails for hours and hours, I would have been IMMEDIATELY FIRED. They must just ignore all of their calls because they know the calls are all complaints about their horrible food and horrible service. Get food elsewhere.
