  They've got some good size sandwiches, friendly service the indoor dining area was clean. I like all the little motivational sayings around on the walls. Only bad thing I can say is the inside makes it very hard to hear anything with the acoustics.

  Recent experience is a smashed sandwich with almost all lettuce. Obviously, it wasn't like this the last time we got food here. But the first and last time this happens. Luckily, plenty of other options in the area, including the grocery store. Nobody is going to pay these prices for this kind of service. Simple as that.

  This is a very nice location. Extremely clean and customer service is top notch. I try to only go to this JJ because I get a student discount from my college and this is the only location that gives you a discount (Cuyahoga Community College). As a college student, I value that discount and appreciate it highly. Only downside is that this particular location is skimpy on the Mayo and the bread is usually too light and not cooked long enough. Besides that, no complaints! :)
