My husband placed another order using his card instead. When asking about getting my money back on the app since I had already paid I was told it wasn't them and to call the app. The customer service said they would reach out in 48 hours well that 48 hours became a week. Finally the store manager got ahold of me and it was an inconvenience to drive back to the store to not even get ny full refund. I was only refunded for a dozen donuts. MY WHOLE ORDER WASNT FULFILLED, and only to get a third of the money back was insulting. Seeing other reviews about this is showing the company that this is a problem. We the paying customers are not giving you interest free loans while we fight to get our money back. I would suggest calling your bank before calling dunkin because at least they'll respect your time and work promptly to get your money back. I will be following up with my bank for the other 20$.

Drove there to pick them up in the drive thru and was told they were completely out of donuts. I was offered donut holes or a drink, but I declined and asked for a refund on my credit card. The employee told me I'd have to "come back in the morning", in which I replied I couldn't. I asked for another option, but they couldn't provide one. I pulled around and parked and called the 800# in the app. Sat and waited on hold for around 10 minutes before I gave up. In the app you can create a case and dispute a charge with the promise I'd be contacted within 48 hours. It's Friday and I've yet to hear back from "them". Really poor experience all around, why take an order if you can't fulfill it and then not have the ability to refund a payment. Will never go back and will buy my donuts across the street at Donut Land.

- SLStacy LMar 10, 20261.0The service here is horrible I asked for less ice and the lady working at the window told me the drink has already been made when it would not allow me to adjust how much ice is in the drink. Also, another occasion when I went to Dunkin they out way too much ice in the drink so I complained and he told me there was nothing here could do about it. I went to other coffee places and they are always happy to accommodate.
