  Still sitting in the parking lot extremely disappointed with Brunswick Arby's got the cheesesteak and it was a bun full of creamy cheese with very little meat in it. And my curly fries were at room temperature. Talking about having my heart broken I used to love Arby's what happened to you guys?

  Horrible service. Walked in a little after 8. The dining room chairs were already put up as if they had no dine in which was our plan. Ordered a couple sandwiches. Asked about their apple or cherry turnover. She pointed to a shelf and said they've been sitting there since the morning. Wet floor signs were sitting on the counter, same counter they serve food from which was disgusting. Shift manager says I just set them there. I said they should have never been set on a counter you serve food from. Should have walked out at that point and not ordered. Shift manager has no idea what cross-contamination is. If I could post the pictures I would floor signs and random bags sitting on a shelf behind her. That's going to get someone sick. No temperature control. July 12th,2026.

  Naomi and Beth very friendly...clean store , nice and quiet,great customer service food hot and fresh ..if you want fresh food and great customer service try this Arby's Brunswick!!! ..thank you guys for making your customers feel comfortable
