  They have two drive-through’s going and they only have one person taking orders. Somehow, at a place that only serves drinks you will spend 15 minutes in line with only six cars ahead of you. I don’t know if it’s a lack of urgency or what the issue is. Any other coffee place you go to does not take this long to get your order. For the price you charge this is kind of embarrassing.

  Since when can’t we make multiple Orders in a car. Two drinks on one order vs two drinks on two different numbers takes no more time. She was very rude about it.

  Brunswick is super fast, I cannot believe how quickly they processed people through the drive thru. 7brew is a drive thru

  Weird business practices. There are no menus?? Just displays of seasonal drinks with no prices. I pull up to order and the first thing I'm asked is "What's a good phone number for you?" Out the gate on my first ever visit, I'm pressured to give my phone number so they can send me targeted advertising. I decline to give my number, and ask instead if there's a menu. The teen worker tells me they don't really have menus, and that most people are expected to know what they want when they come. Bizzare! This place isn't for me. I definitely won't be back.

  Very kind and personable staff! Delightful drinks! I was pretty unfamiliar with the 7brew ordering system, and the barista at the register was very understanding and kind. She took time to explain it to me, and even described the changes I could make to my order next time if I wanted it more/less sweet. She was working in the morning on July 6th, she had a spider tattoo and a black choker on. I wish I caught her name because she deserves some appreciation for her effort helping customers! The coffee was also wonderful!
