  The dining room is absolutely disgusting! Everyday table is dirty! With only 1 table taken! The inside is absolutely foul! Trash all over! Dirty rugs, pop station has no lids and pop spilled all over! No hand sanitizer! Trash all over floors! I asked for a receipt 3 times since the kiosk did not print mine…. I was given an eye roll and no receipt! Had to ask for ketchup 3 times as well! When I walked in there was NOONE in line before me and only only table with 3 individuals! If I wasn’t hungry and in a rush to work I would have immediately left! I used my own sanitizer wipes to wipe everything down before I sat! I NEVER post bad reviews, but this was crazy!

  Was told they didn't have Carmel frappes but when I asked for a refund miraculously they have Carmel frappes. Crazy work.

  Drive thru sucks period. You always end up sitting at the speaker while it pops. Occasionally they come on the speaker and say to hold on for a minute and then never come back. Other times i pull up hear the auto message then nothing. Multiple times I've sat there waiting and just end up leaving or pulling around again amd using the other speaker then when I ask they tell me the other lane is closed lol. No markings, screen still on no way to know its closed. And this has happened during busy times and slow times. Most recently friday night 750pm
