    Came for omelet bites because they're gluten free and for 2 nights in a row they said they didn't have any out right now, whatever that means.

    This location is extremely hit or miss with their customer service. I cannot for the life of me figure out why it is so hard for a worker to understand their reward system. I am asking the cashier a simple question as to which perk should I redeem for a drink and she has NO idea and is dismissive. There was no manager available to fix the issue. The cashier scanned my points and then they disappeared, even though she said i couldn't redeem them. The later afternoon to evening crew is a lot better than the early morning crew.

    I can make this up when I tell you this is now the 11th! Time I have came for a LARGE BROWN SAGURE SHAKIN ESPRESSO and I say less ice and one time I was told the drink is mostly ice… mind you I new went back in but once for a refill. I love the owner and his wife but man the employees are slowly starting to turn not only me away but a lot of others. My drink has not been touched yet and this is what I was just served on 6-12-26 at 7:56:11PM. Now that I have spent numbers of dollars and letting it slid I have to make a review so maybe it can be changed.

    I spent 16.30 today. I ordered online. When I got 4 drinks that I ordered,all 4 drinks were over half way full of ice when I ordered light ice online through the app. When I went back through the drive through I asked them to fix my drinks the employee told me thats how we fix the drinks here, I said I ordered light ice. Employee says that's light ice so I then proceed to take the lid off 1 of the drinks and use my hand to take all the ice out of 1 of the drinks which was over half way ice. The employee says to me we're not doing this and shut the drive through door in my face refusing to actually give me the drink order I ordered. I won't be back and I won't be picking up orders here for my clients anymore either. The callousness and disrespect I received tonight was beyond imaginable. I don't appreciate when folks lie to my face,that employee knew that wasn't light ice,he knew that was over half full cup of ice. Listen up dunkin donuts franchise owners, your product is a luxury and not a necessity therefore your customers should never receive over half a cup of ice unless they explicitly ask for that. The drink is $4.00, I and other customers aren't looking to pay for ice! In this economy I suggest dunkin donuts location owners be mindful of what product the customer is served and how the employees treat their customers.

    35 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese....we could see the staff messing around and nor preparing orders. I got fed up and took someone else order. Disgusting 🫣 customer service.
