Entered the establishment and waited for my mobile order that wasn't ready. So after being skipped by an associate to assist a customer behind me that just walked in I asked a young lady for help. She was super nice and helpful with a wonderful smile! She is the ONLY reason I gave 5 stars. Her name is Kaylee, Kayleigh, Kaylie (sp?) ( I hate misspelling people's names so hopefully one of these is the correct spelling.) She is an asset to this location and deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded!
- ZZZstitchMay 9, 20264.0Usually this place is very acceptable. We've come often but have consistently delt with extremely rude staff. One man himself changed that all. Tonight we asked what the price difference between a double and a triple scoop is and the employee named maddie rudely responded "um idk a couple bucks?" Then when I asked for hot fudge she quickly snapped with "thats gonna cost extra" with an insulting tone. We were at the window for at least 5 minutes trying to pick a flavor they actually had. They were out of almost every single thing on their menu. When we finally got our ice cream it was covered in ice shavings like snow. Like this blue ice cream looked white. Tried to call no answer so we proceeded to go all the way back through the line. When we got to the front we were very pleasantly surprised with a very kind and understanding different worker. He gave us a new double scoop for free. Our dreams came true. A bad night turned into a great one because of this one kind gesture. Thank you!

And now they're not picking up their phone. Stay away

I was there, waited in what I thought was in line for about 15 mins, no acknowledgment from employees whatsoever, there were a couple of other customers confused as much as me where the line was or where to order and when I tried to asked a girl behind the counter twice she ignored me, she just pretended that she didn’t hear me, a gentleman next to me chuckled a little bit and shook his head for the poor customer service, I was a paying customer and a simple greeting would go along way but they were all in their feelings and emotions because one girl dropped another customers banana split and that set off the worst mood. If you want friendly and good customer service this location ain’t it, if you are a loyal customer with this location and never had a problem good for you!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
