  Tired of places constantly forgetting items... I get it rushes happen but this happens even when the drive thru has a car or two.

  Change your oil. Potato cakes inside looked grey. Chicken looked sick.for the price we paid this meal was really gross. I guess Arbys has joined the " not my meal, I dont care" mentality. Sad. Food like this should never be served. Just because we take it home to eat, does not give employees the right to package sub par food in our bags and call it okay?? This location rarely gives out this kind of food, so disappointed.

  Super friendly location. I pulled up to the speaker to give my order and someone originally said "we'll be with you in a moment." It took wayyyy longer than a moment but I was craving curly fries and a sandwich so stayed patient. Finally someone comes back and takes my order. When I go to the window the worker was SO apologetic. He said they didn't even hear the chime when cars pull up. I did mention someone said something when I pulled up but maybe they have an automated prompt to start or something. Either way he gave me 50% of my meal since I had to wait so long. It was not necessary at all, but I'm super thankful and impressed he made that call for customer service sake. I believe his name was Michael Mixon so thank you again for making my evening and being an amazing human! I reduced the rating a little cause my sandwich was a bit try, but I'll still go back to this location regardless.

  Ordered food a couple weeks ago through the drive through. Got home and realized we were missing a sandwich, call the store, the manager I spoke with said, no problem next time you're in, just let them know Cheyenne said to replace your sandwich. Came today to do that and evidently it was not written in the book and the manager did not remember my name. So unable to get the sandwich that we never received but did pay for when we placed the order originally. Overall, the food is generally very good. Staff is very good. Disappointed in the interaction today.
