  On the web site it says they are open till 9:00 pm We went at 8:00 pm and were told the oven’s were closed for cleaning for the night. We could not get food. We asked for donuts and they were out of them! What kind of place is this? Terrible service! Oh that’s right there was no service! Shame on Dunkin!

  The service is terrible. They say they close at 9:00 pm yet at 8:03 pm they say “sorry I grills are closed for cleaning” you should not be closing them until 9:00 pm on the dot. That is The time you close so that’s the time you should clean.

  Always crowded in the mornings. Tight area for lines to drive thru and those stopping inside. Appreciate when other customers allow us to back out of our parking spots. Staff is usually friendly. Food is typical for fast food.

  I'm pretty much a regular,,stop for my iced coffee every day before going to work,,well that came to a stop as of now,,3/30/26,,never a problem til that day,,I'm thinking the one working the drive thru was new I never seen her before,,I use tap to pay and I understand the machine won't reach all I asked was for her to turn it so i could reach it,,and for some reason took offense to that,,,all she kept saying was please,please,please lol everyone else at that location knows to turn it towards the customer
