  Probably the worst Chick Fil A from a customer service standpoint. It’s a new store so I gave them a pass the first couple of bad experiences but it hasn’t seemed to improve. Employees are not paying attention and more than half the time my order is usually missing items.

  I went for drive thru on a slow Wednesday around 11am and not only was the one person outside rude and not happy to be working, she rang in my food wrong, spelled my name incorrectly, and forgot an item! When I was getting my order and realized they first handed me what someone else ordered before handing me my order which is when I realized they rang it in wrong. Instead of listening and fixing the order they asked if I could keep the line moving. Will not be returning and hope nobody else does either if this is how a new location treats me when it's slow I'd hate to see how it would be on a busy night!

  I have been through the drive through five times since opening and every time it has been slow. I have had to wait 20 minutes or more after ordering. I have had a few times where I did not get the correct order with missing items. I have not had this experience with any other Chick-fil-A even in other states.

  After 3 abysmal visits to this location, I have decided I have had enough. My second visit there I had waited 20 minutes in line even with ordering ahead, then returned home to find out that I was missing an item. This was given to me as a "reward" in the app that must be redeemed in 30 days. The app states it is "free" now which is ironic since I had already paid for it. Upon returning I had used the online order again and arrived to find a not so long line. Even though the line was relatively short (especially for a chic fil a) it still took 20 minutes to get up to the window... Maybe about 8-10 cars in 20 minutes. Sitting at the window I now could tell what the problem was. There was plenty of staff present physically, while mentally being in another world. I waited for over a minute at the window watching the worker stand there staring at all the orders lined up down the counter ready to go. She stared at them as if she was waiting for my order to jump out of the pile and say "it's me!" That didn't happen so the manager had to come help her find my order. I pulled forward only to have my wife immediately point out they had forgotten her order, I stopped and walked up to the window and retrieved the missing item. I then pulled forward and my wife found there was another missing item. It was my "reward" from last time. They almost got to treat me to yet another prized free reward. The kind you get to pay for and never receive. But I decided this chic fil a has done enough for me. I walked in and had yet another staff member retrieve it. You are better off driving to a different Chic Fil A if you find yourself here. Chances are you will probably get your correct order faster.

  I live really close and was super excited to have this location. I know they are new, but have been really disappointed. The food has been subpar compared to the local Chick-fil-As other than Parma and Mayfield Heights. Both of those are awful and I will never go to them again. This location is trending to that path and I will have to go to Macedonia again. For example, the last meal there the drive through was a mess. The order person missed a car and kept going and nobody moved for about 10 minutes and management was clueless throughout this process at the beginning of the lunch hour rush (no new cars at the window). The order taker was pleasant, but there were a few order takers that where standing around and doing nothing. When we got the food, they messed up the order (6th time so far), last straw for me. When I got home the bun on the chicken sandwich was either stale (gag) or over cooked. Never had a Chick-fil-A bun that was not soft. I hope management reads these comments as I want them to be the best. They are trending towards the worst… look at the reviews. Please fix this.
