  We haven't had Papa johns in years. We saw where they had new items and a pretty good special being offered so we tried again. Big mistake. Ordered our pizza to be delivered about 4:45. We didnt receive it until 5:30. It was cold and tasted like a rubbery piece of shoe leather. So, no need to try Papa Johns ever again.

  I will say usually I have no problem and pizza is good but today, September 10th(3pm) the girl working was the laziest person I’ve ever met. We ordered online like usual and we get there and go inside and the door is locked and a sign is on the door that says she will “be back in 10 minutes” okay we wait and she comes opens the door and my husband goes to walk in and she was outside smoking and asks if he has an order, which is pretty obvious. She then tells him that our order (that was supposed to be done 15 minutes before) was scheduled for an hours later and she can’t change that and we have to cancel the order. I go over and she’s back outside smoking and I explain it literally says it’s supposed to be done. She says the system is messed up and I have to cancel it, I can’t so she does on her screen. I ask her to take my order and she says she can’t do the deals I did online so I pull my phone out and start reordering in front of her and she saw that I was so says to just order from wheeling they can do it quicker. I literally turned around and walked out because I’ve never seen such a lazy worker. First time seeing her and hopefully she gets fired so I don’t have to again.

  If you can't deliver my pizza you shouldn't offer that option, I'm 10 minutes away and you won't answer my damn call,NEVER AGAIN
