  I have no idea how this store is rated 4 stars, it just gets worse everytime I go. For the food part I wanted to try the pulled pork Mac and my boyfriend tried the brisket sandwich, neither had bbq on it nor did it come on the side, I ordered his sandwich without pickles and they came on it anyways. But the worst part is the service, I know service isn't easy work I've done it several year but this was just completely unnecessary, when we pulled up the guy on the speaker just said "order!" Fine ok he's having a bad day, when we pulled around they had nothing to say just shoved it all at us, I requested a carrier on the app but had to ask for it still, they got upset when I told them they forgot my drink. Overall it was just a sad and upsetting experience, I should've known better than to try coming here especially on my birthday.
