How poorly do you have to run a business to be completely out of all pastas? Like have you never had a busy day before? It’s not like pasta is an exclusive kind of product, just run to the local Costco or something and get more until the next shipment comes in. Very poor service, very disappointing. UPDATE: It got worse. I ordered the “Not so dirty Shirley” and it’s disgusting (another update: they gave me the wrong drink. Got what I actually ordered and it’s still crap). Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for my drink (there’s only three occupied tables here) and it’s obvious my waitress is in no hurry whatsoever, but this drink is so heavy on the lemon and there is no cherry flavor at all. This could pass as a draft beer. My family had already been here for an hour and just got our appetizers. No wonder the Chagrin Falls and Lyndhurst locations closed, this one is following suit.

It was Mother’s Day and my time was supposed to be 1:45 pm and we got out table at 2:20 pm sever was very slow and had to wait for something to drink . When we got up for food the food tray was mostly empty . And had to wait for plates , there was no salad left and when we asked we kept hearing it will be here soon . It took ten minutes to get salad and plates , trays were empty . When we questioned the girl she rudely said I am the only one here and I only have two hands and walked away . Then when I went for the prime rib it was well done and dry , no aujus for the prime rib . I asked our server for steak sauce and she said they didn’t have any , I then ask a man who was probably the manager and he went and got a small bowl of aujus . I told him the food was terrible and the prime rib was over cooked both times I went up . He told me he would get some rare and medium in the kitchen and that never happened . We witnessed whole tables of 12 get up and leave , not just one person we talked too was happy . Very disappointed with quality of service and food ,and management did nothing to correct it .

My 2 daughter's took me for Mother's Day lunch today along with my 4 granddaughters. Our server was great. We ordered 4 orders of buttered rigatoni for the little ones. It tasted like it had been sitting for an hour. And there was no butter. Only oil on the pasta. Our food came out first, then we waited on the 4 pastas. Ended up taking them back and off of the bill. They ate fries. We took them to get pizza up the street. I did talk with the manager after...he couldn't have cared any less. I told him We wouldn't be back. When a 3 year old spits out "buttered noodles" you KNOW there's an issue. It tasted awful! We dont usually complain about restaurants, but this was totally terrible!

Well I don't like to post reviews like this but wow. Can't believe they stay open with all the great places nearby. Sat at the bar and the bartender, who was nice, could barely keep up with 10 people. Ordered some apps and the saddest caprese salad I have ever seen. Apps were barely edible. Asked for the manager offered to replace caprese didn't even see we didn't touch soggy chips, rubber pot stickers and overcooked chicken sliders. Could not even get the bartender attention to close out so we could eat somewhere else. This restaurant group has some great places like M, Leo, A&M... someone has stopped paying attention. I waited 10 days to post as I contacted through the website but no response. The place was well staffed but nobody really cared. A number of other customers came to the bar to complain. Go to one of their other locations. Monven Group, shut Brecksville down before you lose Cleveland and the goodwill you have built

Service was very good , food was good too ( Smash Burgers ) and some appetizers as well. Drinks were also nice but it took forever to get them out and this where the experience takes turn .... Bar was a mess, Table drinks took at least 15min to come out , after dinner we headed down to the bar area for a to last drink of the night.... Oh boy. - almost no selection of alcohol, bottles were scattered all over like someone ransacked the place. - one of our Basil Hayden was served in a glass that was dirty and it looked murky, we asked for a new one and got it right away but there was some discomfort in drinking it. - end of the bar was used as a busboy table with all the dirty glassware from the tables ( photo ) - Bartender was polite but looked lost or overwhelmed, maybe she was a sub for someone. - Given this was a 8pm on Saturday that bar should have been organized for prime time. I don't think 38.00 for 2 Basil and 1 corazon tequila was justified for the condition the bar was in.
