Best managed Taco Bell I’ve been in. It’s clean. Service is fast, and employees smile.

One of the fastest Taco Bell's I've been to, while being very accurate. Plus, late night service is stellar.

First off the burrito wasn’t even wrapped correctly to the point where it was open. It was so loose there’s no way anyone could call that a burrito. The middle of it is sunk in from it being so loose. I also got two large nacho fries and a big thing taco bell does is their visually full rule. I’ve worked for taco bell 4+ years and know how it goes. But my fries weren’t even full and no they didn’t fall in the bag. I checked. This is the second time I’ve had problems with this store. The first time I ordered two of the same kind of burritos with different modifications and I specifically asked them to label the burritos in which there supposed to do that anyway, but instead they didn’t so I came back around and they told me to pinch the grilled cheese burritos and try to feel for the fiesta strips because one didn’t have any. That’s not my job, it’s yours to make sure you give your customers what they’ve asked for. Especially when it was just for a label or maybe to be able to wrap a burrito right… Make sure your crew members are trained and to your Gm, make sure your managers should actually have that shift lead role or they might need to be bumped back down if we can’t simply wrap a burrito. I’m sorry for sounding nasty but that store needs to change and I would love to get my money back for the food that got thrown out the very instant I realized if I pick my burrito up, it will most likely just crumble and all fall out the tortilla
