  Always clean and the service is relatively quick. I milk the Sip Club and save $200/year on all sorts of hot and cold beverages. Every now and then, I get a pastry to show my love (and assuage my guilt for abusing the sip club). Did you know you can get a new drink every two hours? It’s great for traveling. My only complaint is parking here but that’s because everyone loves this place. Thank you, Mr. Panera.

  Usually I have good experience from Panera, my Caprese Focaccia had about a teaspoon size of mozzarella in it. The pictures have the mozzarella overflowing the sandwich bread. Mostly bread. Disappointed today. The drive through service was polite. Yesterday I did a take out order and they put it under the name Sophia??! And I saw my Mac and cheese and chowder on the receipt and said well this is what I ordered but it's not my name. After some toss and turn the service person told me it must be mine. Everyone was confused. Awkward.

  I asked for extra chipotle on my sandwich. Instead of on the sandwhich itself, they put it on the side, i did not put "on the side" i put "extra" And they didnt even feel that cup half way with sauce so my sandwich is extremely dry. No other panera has done this before.
